In 2019, Naïma Page, Cédric Page and Élie Rotenberg founded iféa, a network of schools combining kindness and high standards. They quickly discovered that perceptions of the same child differed depending on the adults involved: parents, teachers, psychologists, or doctors. This lack of a common language made it harder to support students.
In response, the founders of iféa created LISA: an initiative to better understand how young people function, identify their vulnerabilities, and provide all stakeholders with a shared framework.
The goal: to foster effective collaboration for the well-being and success of every student.

Led by an interdisciplinary and international team of educators, researchers, clinicians, school administrators, families, and other world-class experts in child development and education, LISA adopts a collaborative approach to better identify, understand, and support students.
Through this comprehensive approach, LISA aims to develop training programs, tools, and resources to:
Identify
and support
LISA develops tools to identify students’ and classrooms’ strengths and needs, and to offer structured support, whether collective or individual, tailored to each student
Train and support
professionals
With a dedicated tool and accessible resources, LISA supports teachers, families, psychologists, and school leaders in their role with students.
Strengthen
public action
LISA provides concrete solutions, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of public initiatives from the French National Education system and its partners, based on the real needs of children and young people.
who may experience psychological distress,

teachers, families, caregivers - who seek to better understand and support these individuals.
LISA provides tools to identify their strengths and needs, offers individual or collective solutions,
and offers training to enhance their support strategies.
LISA employs a systemic and interdisciplinary approach, bringing together teachers, families, researchers, clinicians, training professionals, and specialists to collaboratively find solutions.
This integrated model ensures that all stakeholders work together seamlessly to address and support the diverse needs of students.

LISA offers pragmatic and progressive training courses, integrated into the Academic Schools for Continuing Education (EAFC). Designed from real-life situations, they are aimed at:

The LISA platform is a digital tool designed to help teachers better understand their students and adapt their practices. It combines assessment, data visualization, pedagogical recommendations, and expert resources in a simple and intuitive interface.
A 14-item questionnaire provides a clear overview of each student’s socio-emotional and cognitive functioning, forming the basis for personalized recommendations.
The responses are transformed into visual profiles, offering a clear picture of individual students and an overview of the whole class.
The platform suggests tailored recommendations for the class and each student, which teachers can select to build their own action plans.
Lisapedia brings together pedagogical and scientific resources validated by experts, ready to use and directly applicable in the classroom.
